Attorney Jenny M. Pistrang represents clients in civil litigation and transactional matters.
Jenny’s civil litigation experience includes commercial disputes, tort, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trust litigation, unfair business practices, declaratory judgment actions, suits in equity, petitions to partition property, and disputes over non-probate assets.
Small businesses seek Jenny’s advice regarding entity formation, internal or external business disputes, negotiating and drafting LLC member or shareholder agreements, and contracts. With her litigation background, Jenny also assists businesses and individuals in responding to, complying with, or properly objecting to subpoenas for documents or testimony.
Jenny received her B.A. from Hamilton College and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a member of Vanderbilt’s federal Appellate Litigation Clinic. Her prior experience includes serving as a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Superior Court and as a legislative intern at the Massachusetts State House of Representatives.
Jenny grew up in Princeton, Massachusetts and lives in Lowell, Massachusetts.
