Attorney Jacob T. Simon is an associate at Cherry Tree Legal with over fifteen (15) years of legal experience. Jacob dedicates his practice to the areas of estate planning, probate, elder law, business planning, trust administration, and guardianship.
Jacob began his legal career in Boston after obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri and his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law. In 2021 he joined Cherry Tree Legal to pursue a full-time estate planning practice. Jacob serves on the Communications committee of the Boston Estate Planning Counsel (“BEPC”).
Jacob is a member of the Boston Bar Association, is a cub scout leader in Swampscott, serves on the Recreation Committee in Swampscott, and hosts a monthly “mastermind” group called Wealth Wednesday at the firm’s satellite office in Lynnfield.
Boston Magazine honored attorney Simon as a “Top Lawyer” in Massachusetts for Wills & Trusts in the years 2021 – 2024.
